Know Yourself: Find out what makes you go “huh” and “rock” before you start bragging about how amazing you are. What values, interests, and abilities do you possess? This is the cornerstone of your brand.
Discover Your Voice: What sets you apart from the masses? Whether your tale is clever, motivational, or just warm and comforting, like a cup of cocoa on a wet day, develop your own style.
Platform Playground: Select the websites and social media accounts that your target market frequents. TikTok is for everyone, Instagram is for creatives, LinkedIn is for professionals, and so on. Be YOU, but be where they are too.
Content is King (or Queen): Provide insightful, interesting content that highlights your personality and areas of expertise. Post humorous tweets, videos, or blogs to fly your flag (online, of course)!
Don't strive to be someone you're not: Authenticity is your armour. Sincere connections are what people seek, so be yourself—flaws and all. (Embrace your oddities; they are what make you unique!)
